     Оградить дачный участок забором стремится каждый владелец личного хозяйства. Такое желание можно объяснить разными причинами. Одни при помощи таких конструкций стремятся уединиться от посторонних глаз, другие — четко делят территорию, третьим просто нравится смотреть на красиво созданный своими (и не только) руками дизайн.

     Из чего будет сделан забор, ограждающий участок дачи, решать, конечно, владельцу. Моя задача рассказать о видах заборов, их достоинствах и недостатках, используемых материалах, о том, как самостоятельно соорудить надежное и красивое ограждение участка.

Виды заборов

     Для того, чтоб выстроить забор вокруг участка, подойдет, практически, любой строительный материал. Ограда может быть из:

  • Дерева.
  • Натурального или искусственного камня.
  • Бетона.
  • Кованного чугуна.
  • Металла.
  • Комбинированная.
  • Из подручных материалов, таких, как пластиковые бутылки, проволока, автомобильные шины и тому подобное.

     Различие в выборе материала для ограждения участка дачи в виде забора может быть только в прочности, долговечности, декоративности. Сюда же многие относят цену за закупку и монтаж.

     Любая идея будет основываться на функциональном предназначении и нагрузке, которой будет подвергаться сооружение. Камень или бетон выбирают в случаях, когда задача дачного забора на участке — преграждать путь нежелательным посетителям. Дерево в таких ситуациях не подойдет, так как быстро ломается. Для декоративности и красоты подойдет кованая ограда, либо деревянная или металлическая. Единственный недостаток такого ограждения в том, что изгородь не является глухой стеной. Для посторонних глаз будет видно, что происходит на участке дачи.

     Деревянные заборы вокруг личных строений появились еще в глубокой древности. В то время дерево было самым доступным. В наши дни ситуация поменялась: стройматериалы представлены самым разнообразным ассортиментом. Но участки, вокруг которых стоит деревянная ограда, есть, практически в каждом населенном пункте.

     В чем причина такой популярности, на которую мало что повлияло? Ограждение деревянным забором (он хорошо сочетается с таким же материалом, из которого сделаны опоры для вьющихся растений) дачного участка имеет следующие:

Достоинства и преимущества материала

  • Доступность и экономичность. Деревянную границу легко сделать самостоятельно, даже не обладая определенными навыками строителя. В таком случае, она обойдется недорого, так как придется потратить деньги только на расходный материал. Согласитесь, при современных ценах, это очень экономично.
  • Экологичность. Дерево — материал натуральный, чистый и безопасный для человека.
  • Разнообразие дизайна. При использовании древесины, легко воплотить в реальность разнообразные идеи оформления, гармонично сочетать детали с общим видом участка.
  • Можно сделать как глухую стену, закрывающую дачу от посторонних взглядов, а можно выполнить ограждение с зазорами, имея возможность разглядеть территорию за участком.
  • Возможно менять внешний вид столько раз, сколько захочется, так как ограду легко красить в разные цвета, наносить трафареты или просто украшать чем-то.

     Но есть некоторые сложности. Несмотря на такое количество преимуществ, есть и то, что, иногда, портит картину.

Недостатки древесины

  • Деревянная конструкция недолговечна. Лет через 5-6 ее придется полностью менять.
  • Ограждение дачного участка в виде деревянного забора требует постоянного ухода. Следует защищать дерево от насекомых, влаги и перепадов температуры. Кроме того, раз в год придется красить по-новому, так как цвет теряет внешнюю привлекательность.
  • Такое сооружение можно очень просто и быстро повредить.

     Деревянное ограждение — самый доступный способ для большинства дачников. Сделать такой забор своими руками нетрудно. Его основу составляют деревянные столбы, вкопанные в грунт. Перед этим, столбы ошкуривают, а ту часть, которая поместится в земле, обрабатывают специальным способом, задача которого — предотвратить быстрое гниение.

     При создании ограды из штакетника, необходимо приготовить заготовки 2 на 4 см. Бывают еще заборы из обработанной доски, размер которой 2 на 10 см. Прикрепить заготовленные доски можно двумя способами: внахлест и в пролетах между опорными столбами. В первом случае получается глухое полотно, которое полностью закроет не только просмотр территории, но и с наружной стороны спрячет все несущие детали конструкции.

     Второй вариант предусматривает стыковое соединение досок, соответственно, несущие детали забора будут просматриваться как с улицы, так и с территории участка. Получается своеобразная двухсторонняя конструкция.

Заборы из бетона и камня

     Намного практичнее и долговечнее деревянных ограждений являются заборы вокруг дачных участков, выполненные из железобетона или любого типа камня. Такие конструкции монолитны. Разнообразие цветовых оттенков, фактуры поверхности позволяют реализовать многие дизайнерские идеи.

     Обозначить внешнюю границу своего хозяйства таким способом стремятся многие дачники, так как каменное или железобетонное ограждение имеет следующие преимущества:

  • Прочность и надежность,
  • не подвергаются возгоранию,
  • качественно защищают дом и прилегающую к нему территорию от незваных гостей, ветра и пыли, уличного шума,
  • долговечны в эксплуатации: каменная кладка прослужит в течение 25 лет, кладка из бетона — в течение 50 лет (можно не беспокоится при резких перепадах температуры, высокой влажности так, как эти процессы на материале не отражаются),
  • большой выбор фактур, расцветок и декоративности исполнения.

Недостатки

К минусам таких заборов относят следующие моменты:

  • Создание ограждения из камня или бетона потребует дополнительных действий, таких как закладка фундамента,
  • необходимо привлекать строительную технику и бригаду укладчиков,
  •  процесс строительства трудоемкий и обойдется владельцу недешево.

     Однако, популярность каменных и железобетонных оград участков дачи неоспорима. Довольно привлекательный внешний вид железобетонных блоков ставит их на ступень выше похожих конструкций. Блоки изготавливаются целыми комплектами. Они разные по цвету и текстуре поверхности, бывают ажурными или полностью глухими.

     Каменные сооружения выглядят фундаментальнее и прочнее. Они идеально вписываются в общий интерьер построек, прекрасно могут сочетаться с другим материалом, например, с коваными элементами или перекрытиями из дерева. Смотрятся такие ограждения превосходно, служат долго и надежно. Немного пугает стоимость, но покой и отдых намного дороже.

Металлические конструкции в качестве границ дачного участка

     Из всех видов ограждений дачных участков металлические заборы могут вписываться, практически, в любой ландшафтный дизайн. Их часто используют для площадок, где находятся дети, для парков, где народ отдыхает, проводя свободное время, и тому подобное.

     Самый доступный и простой способ обозначить границы своего хозяйства — это использовать металлическую сетку-рабицу. Изделие недорогое, легко транспортируется. Крепят сетку необходимо к металлическим несущим основам. Многие дачники, обладающие творческой фантазией, превращают сетку в настоящее произведение искусства. Для этого рабицу обматывают легко гнущейся проволокой. Получается своеобразный рисунок, выполненное в технике фриволите, и напоминающий воздушное кружевное обрамление, которое меняет ограждение до неузнаваемости.

     Еще один способ металлического ограждения — это кованые решетки. Ее стоимость намного дороже рабицы, но и выглядит такой забор намного эффектнее. Изготовлением кованых решеток занимаются в специализированных мастерских. Изготавливают целыми секциями и в готовом виде поставляют на место установки.

     Конфигурация решетки может быть самой разнообразной, от изогнутых и направленных вверх спиц до экзотических цветов и мифических образов. Первоклассный мастер выразит в металле любое изображение. Крепить такие пролеты надо к металлическим или кирпичным столбам. В некоторых вариантах ковку отлично сочетают с бетонными колоннами или ленточным фундаментом.

     Самым экономичным способом оградить свой дачный участок забором из металла является сварка. Для этого используют трубы, уголки или прутья, сваренные между собой в горизонтальном и вертикальном положении. Получается своеобразная решетка, которую крепят к опорным столбам, установленным в грунт и дополнительно закрепленным раствором цемента.

  • Очень высокая прочность изделия.
  • Долгий срок эксплуатации.
  • Практически, никаких требований к уходу.

Недостатки

     Из недостатков металлических заборов отмечают их подвластность коррозии. Такую решетку придется достаточно часто грунтовать и красить. Помимо этого, конструкция не является глухой и территория полностью просматривается, что не всем нравится.

Санитарные требования ко всем видам ограждений — заборов

     Начиная огораживать свой дачный участок забором, частники сталкиваются с некоторыми проблемами, о которых, в большей мере, и не слышали даже. И очень часто бывает, что узнают об этом люди уже после того, как установят внешние границы. Соответственно, создаются дополнительные проблемы, решить которые будет трудновато без определенных знаний строительных норм.

     Любой забор — это часть интерьера и его внешность должна соответствовать общему виду построек. Кроме того, конструкцию ставят не абы как, а ориентируются на конкретно применяемые нормативные размеры.

Основными требованиями постройки сооружения вокруг частных владений являются:

  • Между забором, огораживающим участок дачи и ближайшей жилой постройкой должно быть минимум 3 м «зазора».
  • К постройкам хозяйственного назначения требования ещё строже — 4 м от ограждения.
  • Гараж, баня и подобные нежилые помещения располагают не меньше, чем за 1 метр.

     Похожие требования предъявляются и к зеленым насаждениям. Как это смешно, но именно деревья во многих случаях являются причиной конфликта между соседями. Своей разросшейся кроной они могут мешать противоположной стороне, создавая тень и закрывая от солнца маленькие растения. Корни будут вытягивать питательные вещества из земли (внутреннюю границу ведь не сделаешь), соответственно будут плохо расти другие насаждения.

     Поэтому к расстоянию между забором и деревьями тоже предъявляются конкретные требования: кустарники располагают в метре от ограды, средние деревья — в 2 и более метрах, высокие — в 4 м и более.

Расстояние между столбами

     При строительстве внешней границы между садовыми или дачными участками, учитывают не только, на каком расстоянии посажены деревья и располагаются постройки. Необходимо высчитать правильное расстояние между опорными столбами конструкции, зависящее от задействованного материала, которое чаще всего бывает разным. Чем меньше такой шаг, тем будет выше прочность ограждения. Но и ставить столбы очень часто не следует: такой частокол не только ухудшит весь внешний вид, но и сделает монтаж намного дороже.

     Наиболее оптимальное расстояние между столбами для опоры от 2 до 3 метров. Пролеты большей длины предпочтительнее для кирпичной кладки или профнастила. Но каким бы ни был материал, общее сооружение должно обеспечивать надежность и прочность, а не стать угрозой для безопасности для людей и даже построек.

Как нужно подбирать высотные параметры заборов

     По выбору высотных параметров такой конструкции определенных нормированных размеров нет, но есть некоторые условия, соблюдение которых обязательно: ограждение между частными дачными участками должно быть не более метра и сооружение не может выглядеть как глухая стена.

     Лучшим вариантом в таком случае является сетка-рабица или металлический (деревянный) штакетник. Штакетины друг от друга располагают на расстоянии наиболее подходящем для нормального обзора. Одни маскируют такую конструкции вьющимися растениями, экономя тем самым на опорах для последних, другие — сажают перед забором кусты крыжовника или смородины. Красиво и полезно.

Каким должно быть расстояние от ограждения участка до дороги

     Ну и, наконец, ещё момент, на который обращаем внимание, начиная огораживать свой участок дачи забором. Требуется определить на каком расстоянии от дороги будет располагаться индивидуальная граница территории. Данный параметр может быть разным, так как в каждом конкретном регионе проживания на такой выбор повлияют разные вещи. Помимо этого, принимаем во внимание разность в понятии дороги и проезжей части. А есть ещё дорожки для пешеходов. Именно поэтому каждый конкретный случай потребует индивидуального расчета.

     Нормами, от забора до дороги/от забора до проезжей части, предусмотрено расстояние в 2 и 5 метров соответственно. Но ведь есть еще и такие показатели, как удобство при заезде транспорта на участок. Согласитесь, что 2 м очень мало для маневра машины, поэтому, если есть возможность, расстояние следует увеличить.

     Таким образом, конструктивных решений для создания ограждений дачных участков достаточно много. Все это зависит от наличия средств и возможности выбора строительного материала.
