Размножают семенами и черенками. Семена на рассаду высевают в марте-апреле.
Всходы появляются через 9-10 дней, в это время горшки с сеянцами переносят в более прохладное помещение. Для получения ветвистых экземпляров молодые растения многократно прищипывают. Цветение начинается через 2-2,5 месяца после посева семян. Семена сохраняют всхожесть 2-3 года.
