Марганцовка — это сильный окислитель, она не может служить лечебным средством и даже профилактической мерой для больных растений. Между прочим, в наших почвах марганца вполне достаточно. Повлияла жара? Нет.
При нехватке влаги малина могла подгореть, подвянуть, но листья должны держаться. У малины есть свои болячки. Например, при корневом раке у нее желтеют листья, а новые стебли вырастают короткими. Кусты потом гибнут.
Что делать? Выкорчевать малину и лет 15 потом на этом месте не сажать. По какой еще причине у малины среди лета могут сохнуть и осыпаться листья? Она может заключаться в плохой освещенности и аэрации кустов из-за загущенности.
Но такое явление наблюдается и при опасном заболевании малины — вертицил- лезном увядании (вилте). Вилт — это вирус. Он приводит к усыханию листьев. Его признак — лилово-голубоватая окраска побегов, которые постепенно засыхают вместе с ягодами.
Бывает еще вилт земляники, возбудитель один и тот же. Его резерватором считаются пасленовые культуры. Поэтому-то малину, землянику и не рекомендуют сажать после картофеля, томатов и баклажанов. Особенно важно соблюдать это правило на переувлажненных почвах.
Конечно, за посадками малины надо ухаживать. Во-первых, не давать им загущаться. Во-вторых, подкармливать.
Чем? Лучше всего перегноем, компостом или куриным пометом. Куриный помет используют в растворе и поливают им малину перед перекопкой. Пропорции таковы: в 1 кг помета вливают 10 литров воды и дают настояться сутки-двое.
Бродить это удобрение не должно. А потом выливают по полведра такого раствора на каждый квадратный метр. Зола тоже дает эффект, но, может быть, ее лучше вносить под картофель — там она даст более весомую отдачу.
