Как по внешнему виду томатов определить, какие удобрения следует давать при подкормке?
Для начала нужно еженедельно внимательно осматривать растения. При недостатке азота характерен светло-зеленый, иногда чуть желтоватый цвет, листовые пластинки небольшие.

При избытке азота стебель у томата мощный, толстый, листья на верхушке побега скручены и не расправляются в течение дня. Такие «жирующие» растения плохо завязывают плоды, все их силы направлены на рост листьев и пасынков.

При недостатке магния наблюдается мозаичная окраска листьев нижнего и среднего ярусов. Недостаток калия проявляется сероватой или бурой каймой, расположенной по краю листа.

Если растению требуется фосфор, особенно в молодом возрасте, нижняя сторона листьев приобретает фиолетовую или пурпурную окраску.
