Выращивание помидоров в домашних условиях
Довелось познакомиться с интереснейшим человеком. Анастасия Анатольевна Ковалева сама позвонила и сообщила: ей давно известно, что помидоры — многолетние растения. И у нее они растут на окнах. Началось это увлечение самым прозаическим образом. Поздней осенью Анастасия Анатольевна переносила в квартиру с балкона цветы и увидела среди других растений безродный помидорчик.

Пересадила свою находку в хорошую посудину, и помидор ее отблагодарил за заботу — красные помидоры были на столе и в Новый год, и 8 Марта, и в День Победы.

Этот помидор Анастасия Анатольевна не стала выбрасывать. Каждую весну выносила его на балкон, удобряла перепревшим навозом, а на зиму брала в квартиру. И так было три года. У растения уже ствол стал древовидным. Выбросить не могла — жалко. Договорились с мужем, убрали из своего автомобиля одно сидение и увезли этого красавца на дачу.

Он занял центр помидорной плантации. Все соседи сбежались посмотреть на чудо. Говорили: «Анастасия Анатольевна елку помидорную поставила». Все лето помидор обильно плодоносил, ведро плодов с него насобирали.

А кончилось все тем, что обратно домой он не попал, уже не смог бы поместиться в их машине, и, естественно, замерз. Был перерыв в увлечении, потом опять выращивала домашние помидоры. Растут они и сейчас, занимая окна.

Эти тоже весь сезон простояли на балконе, а когда начались резкие перепады температур, были перемещены на зимнее место. На них и сейчас висят красные помидорчики, но основной урожай уже снят, первые были значительно крупнее.

Хозяйка срезала с них нежные молодые побеги, поставила в воду, чтобы пустили корни. Так они быстрее начинают плодоносить.

Недавно Анастасия Анатольевна подкормила помидоры шелухой от яиц — посушила ее, размельчила и смешала с землей. Это им вместо кальция. А почву квартирный земледелец берет в лиственном лесу и хорошенько удабривает ее перегнившим навозом.

В магазинах удобрения ни разу не покупала. Сразу сажает в большие горшки. Прежде всегда свои помидоры Анастасия Анатольевна пасынковала, а теперь я пришла к выводу, что этого делать не нужно — богаче будет урожай. Больше всего для комнатного выращивания подходят, конечно, тепличные сорта.

Анастасия Анатольевна показывает: вот это Шаганэ, Атос, Русич. Еще один она называет Соседкой, потому что семена дала соседка, а какой сорт, и сама не знает. И петрушка на окне растет круглый год. Хозяйка периодически обновляет ее посевы.
